HARVEST

G'day and welcome to harvest.

Harvest is our busiest time of year, and we will try to cater to your every needs.

This is an information page about our harvest.

Harvest occurs between December and Febuary, and runs for about 6 weeks, at about 8 - 10 hours a day. We pick anywhere from 600 to 1200 tonnes with 800 tonnes being a current volume.

Workers for harvest are always required, and if you would like to be considered for picking, or packing please let us know by clicking this link, to take you to the form, where you can fill out and submit your details, for us to put onto our list. We use Searson Buck to gather all of our harvest emplyees, this list will be passed onto them.

People have to be 17 to work during harvest due to Occupational Health and Saftey regulation.

Once harvest starts, we do not usually stop, for any length of time, so if you do come, be prepared to be in it for the six weeks.

We pay according to the Australian Horticultural Award, which varies from year to year.
